I ordered some replacement parts for my fibreglass pole on a Sunday, and they showed up by Wednesday, just like they said they would, all nicely wrapped. The standard shipping cost me almost five bucks, but it was still a better deal than driving to the store to pick them up myself. Only time will tell how good these replacement parts really are, but for now, I’ve got no issues at all. Oh, and don’t forget to wear gloves and a proper face mask when you’re cutting fibreglass! 😁👍

I struggled to locate the right replacement tent poles and a valve top for my Vango Airbeam Solaris 600... cutting it close trying to fix some tent issues from last year since we’re heading out in just a week! The Vango spares site was no help whatsoever. So, I shot off an email to 'Tent Spares' at 8:30 PM after finding them through a Google search. After a few messages with a super helpful lady at TS, by 10:00 PM, my items were ordered! Getting assistance at that hour was totally unexpected and nearly unheard of. They said delivery would take 3-5 business days, but it showed up on day 2! I'm one very happy camper and will definitely be going back to 'Tent Spares'!

Carrieann at Tent Spares really came through for us! We own a Vango AirBeam tent from before 2015, and it’s about six years old. I sent my poles over to this company since another one didn’t respond to me. It was a bit pricier than I thought, but the service and repairs were done fast. They repaired the pole and added a new shock cord, which I didn’t see coming and is likely why the cost was higher, but it was a smart move. Fingers crossed it doesn’t break again. If it does, I’ll definitely grab a new set from them.

I placed an order for two items today to fix my tent. Later on, I figured that getting a new tent would be a smarter choice. So, I called the company to cancel, and they handled it like pros, refunding my cash right away. What amazing customer service!
